Its wrong to think that oily hair is caused by oily scalp. Its actually opposite.oily hair is caused by a dry scalp not oily one. It's because a dry scalp causes oil glands in the scalp to produce more oil and once its on your scalp the extra oil is transferred to hair itself. So if you want to fight against oily hair you have to fight dry scalp...
Here are some tips how to prevent a dry scalp(and bellow ill also write a recipe to make your own shampoo):
-Wash oily hair daily but try to stay away from the scalp
-Always rinse your hair with lukewarm water or even better with cold water
-Don't brush your hair to frequently
-Don't rub or touch your hair frequently
-You can use vinegar or lemon juice on it too but I recommend lemon juice because of more pleasant smell.
What will help to is a shampoo that contains tea tree oil....
Recipe:
You can create a shampoo that includes your regular shampoo(use a mild one),and add a teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. The best thing to do is to use one cup of your regular shampoo and add the ingredients.
All fresh recipes should be stored in the fridge so they wont spoil...

Aloe Vera is also good for sunburns, and cuts, and wounds-but if you've got a bottle one, also check the ingredients..if it contains propylene glycol, I wouldn't recommend it for cuts and that, just sunburn..
